Having experienced the relaxing and healing benefits of reflexology, when very stressed as a Primary school teacher, I decided during the first COVID Lockdown to re-train and do something more practical. Reflexology still fascinated me and had the potential to be a new skill I could use to help others, whilst enabling me to have control over my work/life balance.

Fortunately I was able to train with Sarah Jane Holt at The Devon School of Reflexology, here in Exeter. Achieving my Level 3 Diploma with Distinction in September 2022, I expected to become a fully fledged Reflexologist straight away, but Life got in the way….

In the summer of 2024, Life opened up the opportunity for my to start Rubicon Reflexology. Having “crossed the Rubicon”, I haven’t looked back and now have the privilege of meeting and treating clients across Exeter and the surrounding area, either at their homes or at my treatment room, at Regus on the Eastern edge of Exeter.

I have recently extended my knowledge and skills, training in Reflexology Lymph Drainage with Sally Kay and am already enjoying seeing the positive impact this gentle, specialsed treatment has on my clients.
